Hello fellow readers!

I am here to announce that I am participating in this month’s Camp NaNoWriMo! After not writing for so long, getting back into the swing of things feels almost like coming home from an extended business trip. It feels good to be home but it’s so different to what I’ve been doing for so long, you know?

As many of you know, I set myself a goal to have a manuscript completely written and revised by the end of this year. Hopefully Camp NaNoWriMo will help me get my head back in the game.

I set my goal for the month at 30k words. While we are almost a week into it, I haven’t written a single thing. Hopefully I can use today’s dreary weather to keep me inside and typing away. I set myself a goal to write 5k today and by golly I’m going to do it.

Word counts aside, I’m just really hoping to really get back into my Windy Creek project. This series has been on my mind for years now and I think it’s high time that I took this seriously.
