Four days down! These past few days, I have seen some serious progress, not in the way I look or the numbers on the scale, but in how I feel. There were mornings were I just wasn’t feeling my best (my period is so close to being here and my body is already showing major symptoms of my endometriosis), but I still stuck with it. I don’t have any updates on my diet. I am being really cautious to not binge and stay away from snacking. I have been getting some ideas for maybe a full 30 day cut cycle where I just really hone in on my nutrition. Of course I want to do it the right way and make sure that I’m not creating an issue where I’m going to fall off the wagon out of desperation and just binge like crazy. I want to continue moving forward with this.
As for my workouts, I may not have been hitting them as hard as I normally do but I did them so that’s a major win for me. I’ve been wearing my Fitbit, but I might move back to my Whoop strap to get a more accurate reading. Especially as this isn’t just a challenge to me. I’m doing 75 Hard as a boot camp to get my ass in gear and start taking my health seriously.

I want to stick with this schedule as much as possible. I am honestly scared of how things are going to go at the beginning of the week. I really don’t want to fail because of my illness. I guess we’ll see how things turn out.
