If you are reading this in realtime, this post is late going up as it is already three days into the week. This past weekend was rough due to my endometriosis. However, as the title suggests, I’m still going strong with this challenge. I substituted my workouts that I had originally planned for the weekend with less strenuous activities such as yoga and basketball. Even though I eased back as much as I could, it definitely took a lot out of me. I would have been more upset with the thought of having to quit 75 Hard because of my endometriosis. So as rough as it was, I still pushed through. My stepdaughter and husband were by my side the entire weekend, going outside with me and doing my little circuit in the basement. I can never say this enough, but I am so thankful to have them in my life and supporting me with everything that I do.

This week is a long work week for me so I only have off Wednesday and Thursday. I do plan on reverting to upping the time on my workouts to an hour each on my days off. I’m getting closer to the end of this program from Beachbody and I’m actually really bummed because I’m enjoying it so much. I am lifting heavier than I’ve ever been able to and I can tell that the cardio is helping me control my breathing. I haven’t yet decided if I want to start another program or just go back through it and continue to lift heavy. We’ll see. My other option was to try 80 Day Obsession as that was one of my goals for 2021. I will wait to see how the following weeks go.
