Insane Ulta Haul: My Husband Was Not Amused

Hello all! There is nothing more annoying than running out of almost every skincare/self-care product at one time. Especially as I tend to use only certain things on my face so that I don’t break out. I also use up every last drop of things, so it’s not like I have spare bottles laying around as a “just in case” ordeal. Well, needless to say, that lead to the biggest Ulta haul I have ever had to do. And it was expensive and my husband was not at all amused with me.

I have dealt with adult acne for so long that it honestly started to feel like the norm. I hated it. A few months ago I decided to break that cycle and change up my skincare routine. I was eyeing Tula for the longest time. If I’m being honest, I was sucked in by the pretty packaging. However, I’ve tested it out for the past few months and I have never felt this good in my skin. (Also, yes, I’m still wearing a mask in most places, so that isn’t what changed.)

Body Care

Some of these things are tried and true for me, like the razors and the Kopari body wash. However, I decided to venture out and get some new things to try. If you are asking why I bought 2 of the body washes, it’s because sometimes I shower in what I refer to as the “family bathroom”. It’s the main one that is accessible from the main hallway outside the bedrooms. Most mornings I work after my workout, I grab a shower in “my bathroom”. It’s connected to the master bedroom but it’s really small so my husband doesn’t like it. So I claimed that bathroom. Anyways, it’s a hassle having to remember to take things from one bathroom to the next, so if I can, I like leaving some necessities in both bathrooms.

  • Kopari: Coconut Latte Body Wash (x2)
  • Kopari: Tropical Coconut Melt

  • Schick: Intuition (sensitive care) Razor Refills

  • EOS: Shea Better Shave Cream – pink citrus

I am so excited to try out some of these new items and incorporate them into my routine. Be sure to follow my blog and stay tuned for an upcoming skincare routine. I know I’ve been meaning to do that forever, but this haul gave me some awesome motivation to get it done! As always, thank you so much for reading and until next time………
