Fitness Motivation: My Spotify Playlist

Just like reading, I have depended on music for the majority of my life in order to destress and/or get through hard times. I actually like driving an hour to work because I get to blast my favorite songs the entire way. Listening to music first thing in the morning is such a great way to set the tone for the day. I am all over when it comes to my music taste. I will literally listen to anything so long as it has a beat and makes me feel some type of way.
