Clothing/Shoes
Gymshark Vital Seamless 2.0 Leggings – These are a newer addition to my leggings collection, and I have them in 3 different colors and two different sizes. I know that sounds weird but let me explain. My husband had bought me the original Vital Seamless leggings in 2020, and I still have them, but they are so big on me now. Also, that material is a lot stretchier than the 2.0. Right now, I am a standard medium in most leggings no matter the brand or material. However, when I was judging the 2.0 leggings, I had that older material in mind, so I bought a size small originally. I was actually astonished that even though they are a higher compression legging, the smalls fit like a glove. However, if I’m looking for a lot of movement and then lounging before and after a workout, I do prefer the mediums.
Nike Air Max Shoes – My mother-in-law actually bought me these for Christmas and I am obsessed! Now if you know me, you know I’m obsessed with white shoes. So, when I got these, I wasn’t sure if I was actually going to use them. Well, I was wrong. I wore them one time to work out and I… was…obsessed. They have the perfect bottom, so my feet don’t slide around when I’m doing burpees and there is plenty of support around the ankles and for my soles as well. I have been wearing these for every workout so far since Christmas. I probably won’t wear these to the gym, just because I have a certain set of shoes that I take there.
Gadgets
Garmin Fenix 6s – I don’t think I will ever want another watch brand in my life. I’ve tried Whoop and I was a Fitbit fan for years, but they don’t come anywhere close to this Garmin. I love the sleek design of it and the overall comfort. This is the first watch I have actually been able to wear 24/7 and I don’t get sick of it. I’m still learning some of the features. For right now, I set it to cardio to track my workouts because I want an overall look at my heart rate and the calories burned. Once it gets warmer, however, I do plan on using it to track my runs to check my pacing. The only downside to this, and maybe it’s because of how much I wear it, it has left permanent marks on my wrist where it’s rubbed me raw almost. It doesn’t bother me so I’m okay with it.
Samsung Galaxy Ear Buds – I could not live without these. I wear them to the gym and on my runs and even on the way to work when I’m carpooling with my husband so that I can hype myself up with my music. I’ve had this for a little over two years and recently I have started noticing some connection issues, which is really sad. Overall, though, I do love the quality of them, and I cannot live without them!
Kitchen/Supplements
Hydro Jug – My husband bought me a Hydro Jug for Christmas and I love it! When trying to drink a gallon of water a day, it’s so easy to just fill it up twice and then be done with it. I’ll be honest, though, I do use this to fill up my shakers when I’m taking preworkout and other supplements. But it is also just nice having this next to me when I’m working because I don’t have to keep getting up to refill it. And the sleeve he got me is the drop from Brittany Lynne and it’s adorable!
GNC Wheybolic Ripped in Chocolate Peanut Butter – I have a love hate relationship with this stuff. Yes, it is a great way to get my protein intake in, and I have seen insane results when I’m taking this. However, I gag every time I take this. It’s not the flavor. There is something in this, maybe it’s the thermogenic, once it hits the back of my throat, it starts to tingle, and I want to throw up. So, do I like it? No. But I’m going to continue taking it anyways.
That is it for my current fitness favorites. As always, thank you so much for reading and until next time…….
