I thought it would be fun to show what I eat in a day when I am starting to run out of my normal staple items (like bread). Definitely nothing fancy but I still was able to stick to my goals.

  • Perdue chicken

Dinner

Chicken Alfredo

  • Rao’s alfredo sauce
  • Barilla protein pasta
  • Perdue chicken

Calories: 475

Protein: 38.3g
